The interior was planned around the concept of “bright and soft emptiness.”
Unnecessary elements were minimized,
while curved details and warm material textures were added within a clean minimalist structure to create a space that feels both comfortable and sophisticated.
The subtle wood textures layered over the white base palette,
combined with the warm tone of the lighting, add a natural warmth to the space while emphasizing
the cozy atmosphere unique to a bakery café.
In particular, the mint frames along the windows, the arched architectural details,
and the rhythmically suspended pendant lights were designed to become signature visual moments of Montmorency.
During the daytime, soft natural light gently fills the interior, while in the evening,
the warm lighting transforms the atmosphere into a more intimate and atmospheric experience.
The space was carefully designed so visitors can experience different moods depending on the time of day.
The display structures were also designed to feel like part of the space itself rather than simple product showcases.
The curved framing details and minimal forms help highlight the bakery products naturally,
while every detail was carefully refined
so the entire interior could feel connected as one cohesive brand image.
The Montmorency project goes beyond creating a visually beautiful bakery café.
It was designed to allow visitors to experience the brand’s mood and sensibility through the space itself.
A space that already feels atmospheric in photographs, yet becomes even more comfortable and attractive
in person. At StudioAnna, we believe that balance and detail are the most natural
way to express a brand’s identity, and this project
was completed with that philosophy at its core.
