이번 부동산 사무실 프로젝트는 따뜻한 우드 소재를 중심으로, 

편안하면서도 신뢰감 있는 분위기를 담아낸 공간입니다.기존의 딱딱하고 차가운 부동산 사무실의 이미지에서 벗어나, 

고객이 자연스럽게 머물며 편안하게 상담할 수 있는 분위기를 만드는 데 집중했습니다.

전체 공간은 내추럴 우드 톤과 베이지, 화이트 컬러를 중심으로 구성하여 밝고 안정감 있는 무드를 완성했습니다. 

우드 소재 특유의 따뜻한 질감은 공간에 편안함과 깊이감을 더하고, 

은은한 조명은 공간 전체를 부드럽게 감싸며 차갑지 않은 분위기를 만들어냅니다. 

과한 장식보다는 소재 자체의 분위기와 균형감 있는 비율이 공간의 중심이 될 수 있도록 디자인했습니다.

공간 구조는 최대한 개방감 있게 계획하여 답답하지 않고 자연스럽게 이어질 수 있도록 구성했습니다. 

직선적인 라인과 미니멀한 디테일은 깔끔하고 세련된 분위기를 유지하면서도, 

우드의 따뜻한 컬러감이 더해져 부담 없이 편안하게 느껴질 수 있도록 균형을 맞췄습니다.

상담 공간은 일반적인 사무적인 분위기보다 라운지처럼 편안하게 느껴질 수 있도록 디자인했습니다. 

따뜻한 컬러의 가구와 부드러운 조명, 그리고 여유 있는 동선을 통해 

고객이 긴장하지 않고 자연스럽게 대화를 이어갈 수 있는 분위기를 만들었습니다. 

실용성과 디자인의 균형을 고려하여 실제 업무 효율성까지 함께 담아낸 공간입니다.

우드 선반과 붙박이 가구는 공간과 자연스럽게 이어질 수 있도록 일체감 있게 설계했습니다. 

불필요한 요소를 최소화하고, 정리된 구조 안에서 소재와 조명의 분위기가 더욱 돋보일 수 있도록 디테일을 정리했습니다. 

전체적으로 미니멀하지만 차갑지 않고, 세련되면서도 편안한 공간의 균형에 집중했습니다.

이번 프로젝트는 단순히 업무를 위한 사무실이 아니라, 

공간 자체가 브랜드의 신뢰감과 분위기를 자연스럽게 전달할 수 있도록 디자인하는 데 중점을 두었습니다.

This real estate office project was designed with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, centered around natural wood textures and 

soft lighting.Rather than creating a typical office-like environment, 

the focus was placed on building a comfortable space where clients can feel relaxed and naturally engage in conversation.

The overall space was composed with warm wood tones,

soft beige colors, and clean white surfaces to create a calm and balanced mood. Natural wood materials add warmth and depth to the space, while subtle lighting softly fills the interior, making 

the office feel bright yet comfortable without appearing cold or overly formal.

The layout was carefully planned to maintain an open and organized flow, 

allowing the space to feel approachable and spacious. 

Clean lines and minimal details create a refined atmosphere, 

while the warmth of the wood textures prevents the space from feeling too rigid or commercial.

Consultation areas were designed to feel more like a lounge than a traditional office. 

Comfortable furniture, warm-toned materials, and soft lighting create an environment

where clients can comfortably spend time 

and communicate naturally. 

The balance between practicality and aesthetics was carefully considered so the office could function efficiently while maintaining a sophisticated atmosphere.

Wood shelving and custom-built furniture were integrated throughout the space to create visual continuity and 

a cohesive interior mood. Rather than using excessive decorative elements, 

the design focused on material balance, lighting, and proportions to naturally express the brand’s identity.

This project was designed not simply as a workspace, but as a place where trust, comfort, 

and communication could naturally come together through the atmosphere of the space itself.Warm, minimal,
